Services Provided

Empowering Change Recovery Coaching offers coaching services utilizing Neurosomatic Dynamics, NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Trauma Recovery Therapy to support veterans and first responders in overcoming operational stress and PTSD. Our services do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors require written consent from a legal guardian.
You confirm that you are seeking coaching services voluntarily and understand the scope of our work.

Payment & Fees

All coaching sessions and programs must be paid in full before commencement unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to existing clients.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
Full participation and commitment to the coaching process are required for optimal results.
Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical or psychological conditions that may impact their participation.

Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed without written consent.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session without a refund.
In cases where Empowering Change Recovery Coaching needs to reschedule, a suitable alternative will be provided.

Coaching services are for personal development purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice.
