REFUND POLICY

Overview

At Empowering Change Recovery Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that help our clients achieve transformation and personal growth. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure clarity regarding our refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

If you cancel a coaching program within 7 days of purchase and before any sessions have been conducted, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you have started a coaching program but are dissatisfied, you may request a partial refund within 7 days of the first session, based on the percentage of sessions completed and provided allocated tasks have been completed, and all instructions have been followed during the session.
Digital products, downloadable materials, or self-paced courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

After the refund eligibility period has passed.
If a session is missed or canceled without 48 hours notice.
For completed coaching programs or services that have been fully delivered.
If the client fails to complete the program for personal reasons unrelated to service quality or allocated tasking has not been completed, or instructions not followed during sessions.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session without a refund.
If Empowering Change Recovery Coaching needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative session time at no extra cost.
